Refund policy
Returns, the Upstate Cowboy way.
Everything we make is made to order, printed and stitched just for you after you hit checkout. That keeps waste down and quality up — but it also means we handle returns a little differently than a store with a back room full of boxes.
If something's wrong, we fix it.
Showed up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? That's on us. Send a photo to [your contact email] within [14] days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it — your call. No restocking fee, no runaround.
Size or change of mind?
Because each piece is made for you specifically, we can't always take it back the way a big retailer would. Reach out anyway — we look at these one at a time and we'd rather keep you happy than win an argument. Check the size chart on every product page before you order and you'll usually be in good shape.
A few honest notes:
- Sale and clearance items are final unless they arrive damaged.
- Refunds land back on your original payment method once we've sorted it out.
- Hang onto your order confirmation — it makes everything faster.
