How your gear gets to your door.
We're a small family operation, not a same-day machine — so here's exactly how shipping works, no surprises.
Made to order, then on its way.
Every piece is printed and stitched after you order it. That production step takes about 2–7 business days before your order ships. Once it's made, it goes out and you get a tracking number by email. From there, standard shipping usually runs another 3–5 business days depending on where you are.
Where we ship.
All 50 states. We're not shipping internationally yet — working on it. If you're outside the U.S. and want a piece, drop us a line through Contact and we'll see what we can do.
What it costs.
Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your cart and address. You'll see the exact number before you pay — we don't spring it on you at the last second.
Tracking your order.
The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case). If a few days go by past our production window and you've heard nothing, reach out and we'll chase it down.
Lost, late, or beat up in transit.
Once a package leaves our hands it's in the carrier's, and they have their off days. If your order shows up damaged or goes missing in the mail, tell us — send a photo if there's damage — and we'll make it right. See the Return & Refund Policy for how that works.
